Buyers will receive a 'direct sale agreement' by post including all details of the original or print to be purchased. Following the artist's receipt of payment, if the recipient is in the USA, shipping will be covered by the artist up to an amount of $50. All works are guaranteed.

Standard Terms and Conditions
Payment to be made in full to the Artist before Work is collected/delivered. A minimum of 50% deposit is required to hold Work/s. Any remaining payment shall be paid before delivery of work. Payment may be by check sent to the Artist at the above address. Ownership of the Work is retained by the Artist until full payment of the purchase-price is made. The Artist retains copyright and all reproduction rights in the Work, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Artist and the Buyer.
